Visa-free entry
All GCC citizens (Bahrain, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia and UAE) only need to show their valid GCC Passport or civil ID upon entry, no additional permits or visa applications are required
E-visa applications
Residents of the GCC as well as delegates from e-visa eligible countries can apply for an e-visa if the passport is valid for 6 months after your planned entry date. The e-visa takes up to a few days to get issued, and allows for entry within a month of the issue date.
Manual visa application
Delegates who wish to attend and are not eligible for e-visa nor are GCC citizens can apply for a visa through AUM. A scanned copy of the passport as well as the academic degree should be sent to aisummit@aum.edu.kw for visa arrangements.
Note: It is recommended to organise with your travel agency to have a travel insurance during your stay in Kuwait. AUM cannot accept any responsibilities for any visa applications delay. If a delegate must cancel due to not obtaining the visa on time, the normal cancellation policy applies.
