Fahad AlOthman is the founder and the chairman of the board of trustees of the American University of the Middle East and the American College of the Middle East. In 2002, he founded HumanSoft Holding, a multinational shareholding company dedicated to human capital development, continuing education, innovation, and e-learning in Kuwait, Gulf countries and the Middle East. In the early 1990s, he established the award-winning IT training franchise New Horizons, partnering with globally renowned companies such as Oracle, Microsoft, Cisco, as well as soft skills e-learning solutions. New Horizons professionally developed hundreds of thousands of people in the region and created thousands of job opportunities. AlOthman completed his higher education studies in the US, and lectures on entrepreneurship, risk management and leadership.
